Architecture as heritage, Environment Design, the Reconstruction of Pompeii

The Syllabus for Grade 10 Design was architecture as heritage, Ancient Greece and specifically Pompeii. the Art Room had been given the packaging from new computers which had just been installed at the school, it seemed a good point of departure for model building, exploring Environment Design and City Planning.

After some research into Pompeii ,city planning, single point perspective drawings of buildings and aerial views of landscapes and cities, learners planned the Reconstruction of Pompeii and built models.
